Learn How Anysti Protects Your Secrets

Welcome to Anysti, where your privacy isn't just a policy. It's a promise. We're committed to respect, transparency, and trust, ensuring you always feel confident and comfortable using our services.

We know how important your personal information is, and we promise to treat it like the valuable treasure it is. Your email, location, and other details help us improve your experience, whether tailoring rewards, improving gameplay or making our services more useful to you. But here's the thing: we don't sell or trade your data. Ever. That's just not who we are.

Instead, we focus on earning your trust by handling your data responsibly and keeping things simple. No sneaky tracking, no hidden tricks. Just fairness and honesty, as you deserve.

This Privacy Policy was updated on March 19, 2025, to provide more clarity. Since privacy laws constantly change, we recommend staying informed every six months.

If we ever make updates, we'll post them immediately with no surprises. We aim to keep things clear, straightforward, and always in your best interest.

This Privacy Policy explains how Anysti and its crew (collectively, "Anysti") gather and manage your treasures across our website, apps, and other online spaces, including any apps that refer to this Privacy Policy (collectively, "Anysti's Services"). It's important to note that this policy only applies to data collected by Anysti and does not cover third-party services or apps promoted on our platform. Before sharing any information with them, we recommend reviewing their privacy policies to ensure you're comfortable with how they handle your data.

If you use Anysti's Services after this Privacy Policy takes effect, you agree to how we collect, use, and share your personal information as described here. If you ever feel uneasy about this, we completely understand. While we'd hate to see you go, we kindly ask that you discontinue using our services if you do not agree with this policy.

Remember! We're always here to answer any questions or concerns because your privacy matters to us, and we'll always do our best to protect it.

Thank you for being part of Anysti! We truly appreciate you and are always here to support you.

Why Privacy Matters To Us

We live in a time when privacy feels more like a luxury than a right. Big-name companies like X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook claim to value your privacy, yet the moment you try to take control of it, you get blocked from their services, or worse, your data gets sold off to the highest bidder. Even companies that market themselves as privacy-focused often fall short, leaving users feeling frustrated, confused, and vulnerable. For example, Facebook earned over 55 billion dollars in 2018 from their global user's data. Since 2015, Anysti has sold and earned $0 worth of our user's information because we're not a company but a family.

We are committed to handling your treasures with care, dignity, respect, and transparency. When you trust us with your information, we see it as a promise to protect what matters most to you.

We don't track you invasively, and NEVER sell your information to anyone. Instead, we ONLY use your data responsibly to provide you with the best possible experience across our website, apps, games, and services. At Anysti, your trust is far more important than any amount of ad revenue

What Our Privacy Policy Covers

We gather different types of information, including:

  • Details you provide when registering, such as email, phone number, and age.
  • Your interactions within our platform, like posts, messages, likes, and comments.
  • Connections you make—friends, followers, and their activity on our platform.
  • Device-related details, such as model type, operating system, and app version.
  • Browsing behavior, including websites, apps, and online activities beyond our platform.

At Anysti, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding your treasures while ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience. Here's a quick summary of what our Privacy Policy covers:

We believe transparency builds trust, and we're honored to have yours. By understanding how we handle your information, you can feel confident using Anysti's services, knowing your privacy is our #1 priority.

Understanding Our Pirate Jargon

Before we discuss how we handle your personal information, let's define a few key terms to ensure we're all on the same page.

As you explore this Privacy Policy, you'll notice that we use some terms that sound pirate-y to describe our data collection, use, and sharing practices. Don't worry; they're here to guide you through how we handle your information and provide our services. Here's a list of these key terms and what they mean:

While we don't have exact dates for releasing our native Android APKs, Google Play, iOS, iPad, and MacBook apps, we expect to start rolling them out in Q4 of 2025. Likewise, we will update our Ship offerings often to ensure our services stay fresh and valuable.

About Our Data Usage & Collection

Anysti collects a few types of personal treasures ("personal information") from its pirates and crewmates ("users") to provide you with the best possible experience across our services and improve our services. These treasures include:

All the treasure gathered is solely to provide you with and improve our services. We swear on our ship that we will never use, share, or sell your treasure to third parties for any reason. We use your treasure only as described in this Privacy Policy. There are no tricks, no hidden treasure maps.

Device Usage and Information

For a smoother voyage while using our services, we may need to know certain identifiable details, including but not limited to:

Voyage & Log Data

If you run into any storms within our Service, we might gather data through third-party compasses installed on your device. This collection, known as Log Data, might include:

Device usage and information, as well as log data, stay on your device. We do not collect it directly. However, it helps us chart how our customers use our services, making for better voyages for all.

Ships Biscuits (Cookies)

Ships biscuits, or what you landlubbers call "cookies," are tiny bits of data stored on your device to help us remember you and your preferences. Ships biscuits are sent to your browser (Brave, DuckDuckGo, etc.) from the islands you visit and stored in your treasure chest. You can toss these biscuits overboard anytime by diving into your browser's settings and scrubbing your cookie history clean by ticking the "delete cookies" box. In Brave, you can also click the shred icon on the site you visit to delete them.

While we don't directly bake these biscuits, our upcoming rum-runner apps may use third-party codes and libraries that rely on "cookies" to gather information and enhance their services. You have the right to accept or refuse these biscuits and to know when one is being sent your way. However, refusing to accept cookies may limit your ability to use our services and prevent you from accessing some of our treasure troves.

Types of Cookies We Use

There are three main types of cookies we use:

How Long Do Cookies Last?

Cookies have varying lifespans depending on their purpose. Some cookies, like session cookies, are temporary and disappear once you close your browser. Others, known as persistent cookies, can remain stored on your device for 30 days to a year unless manually deleted. For example, cookies used to remember your login preferences typically last around 30 days, while those used for analytics might persist for up to a year. Service providers worldwide carefully set these durations to balance convenience and privacy.

Managing Your Cookies

At Anysti, you have complete control of your compass. Most browsers allow you to adjust cookie settings, clear existing cookies, or block new ones. However, disabling cookies might make your journey less smooth.

Third-Party Cookies

Some of our biscuits come from trusted third-party providers and libraries to enhance your experience with our services, but we don't control them. You can opt out of any of these cookies at any time. These third-party cookies follow their maps (Privacy Policies), which we recommend reviewing for peace of mind. To learn more about cookies and how we handle them, visit our Cookie Policy.

About Our Third-Party Islands

At Anysti, we partner with trusted third-party islands ("Services") to provide additional services and resources to enhance our pirate's journeys, like helping them use our services or helping you earn extra money, crypto, and gift cards. We do not own these islands; they are essential to delivering and improving our services. However, remember that each of these islands comes with its own set of maps (Privacy policies) that govern how they handle your data.

Our Third-Party Islands Include:

Why Do We Use These Islands?

We partner with third-party islands to:

Your Rights & Choices

While we carefully select these partners to align with our values and commitment to privacy, it's essential to understand that these third-party islands have their own practices and are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review their policies to clarify how they handle your treasure.

Here are the links to their Policies

Our Commitment to Transparency

At Anysti, we value your trust and will always be upfront about our partnerships. We promise never to work with scallywags who don't share our commitment to protecting your treasure.

Protecting Young Buccaneers

At Anysti, safeguarding the privacy and security of our pirates and crewmates, especially young buccaneers under 18, is a sacred duty. We abide by legal codes and industry standards, ensuring we collect no personal treasures from those under 18 without parental or guardian consent. This commitment reflects our dedication to creating a safe and secure digital cove for our shipmates.

If a parent, guardian, or case manager suspects a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please get in touch with us immediately at support@anysti.com for further investigation. We will handle all inquiries regarding a child or teen's information with the utmost care and confidentiality and promptly remove the minor's information, which aligns with our robust privacy codes and measures.

While we don't promote our services to minors, we are committed to ensuring they remain safe and secure for all users, regardless of age.

Third-Party Links

Our app may contain secret passages to external islands and hideaways run by third-party captains. Clicking on these links will bring you to their territories, not ours. It's important to understand that although we thoroughly test every island we promote for authenticity, it is not under our control. That means we have no say over the content, privacy codes, or customs of these third-party islands, treasures, or services and bear no responsibility for them.

What If I Click on a Dangerous Link?

If you encounter a dangerous link or app in our treasure map, we ask that you notify us immediately. We are committed to keeping our ship secure and safe for all users. Note that we and other virus detection programs have thoroughly tested some apps like Kryptex and Earn App, which are safe to use. For Kryptex, allow the app in Microsoft Defender or your Antivirus Program. If you are using Earn App on your Android Device, turn off Google Play Protect, as Google Play incorrectly flags it as Malware. We will provide instructions on how to do this in our upcoming support center.
